I am a Projector, which is someone who guides the energy and focus of a person, team, or organization in the direction that best serves their vision.
Unlike Generators, who find deep satisfaction in doing the work itself, Projectors are here to observe, listen, and then guide.
That is why I often work with Executive Directors, CEOs, or a cohort of people who want to ensure their energy and focus align with the path that will truly move their vision forward.

A Projector cannot offer guidance without an invitation. If that invitation is not present, I won't speak into your specific vision, out of respect for your agency.
