Hi, I'm Cody.
I am an advisor and guide. My work sits at the intersection of people, money, and systems. How I operate starts with research, listening deeply, intuition, and radical candor. I believe the future depends on more women leading at the table, that the people closest to the problem hold the answers, and that every level of the hierarchy must participate in new ways.
I have helped my clients secure $11.5M+ in grants and major gifts, and helped distribute millions of dollars through grant programs and philanthropic advising. I have also advised funders, nonprofits, and C-suite executives across industries well outside philanthropy. I am currently pursuing my Masters and thinking carefully about what the next chapter looks like.
It does not matter how large or small your organization is. I have worked with budgets ranging from $500K to $2B. The ones I get fired up about are the ones with a little fight in them, curious, and ready to do more for the communities they serve.
