Escocés
Escocés is a 3-day guided experience in Spain to help you rediscover the magic of gathering your people.
You’ve been gathering people for a while.
You’ve been gathering people for a while now.
It’s worked. It’s produced some amazing things.
But now you’re wondering if the way you’ve been doing it is still serving what you’re building. Or where you’re going.
Your donors who have shown up year after year. Your team that has built something real together. Your community that keeps coming back.
You love them. That’s not the question.
The question is whether it’s time to set something down so something new can emerge.
Not because anything is broken. Because something more is possible.
You’ve felt the ceiling.
Most of the formats available to us are running on an imbalance that prevents something new from emerging.
Masculine energy is needed as much as feminine energy. But right now, we’re gathering with too much masculine energy. (Article)
We’re gathering with too much certainty. (Video)
We’re underestimating our audience. (Article)
And so we keep producing the same levels of connection.
What Escocés is where your people set down their roles and experience something together they haven’t before.
Your donors rekindle their passion for the mission in ways they didn’t know were still possible.
Your team experiences a new way of being guided together that changes how you gather people.
Your community starts feeling the difference in how you gather them.
All of this through a shared experience. The kind that lives in the body and travels home with people long after Valencia is behind them.
And you come back as a better guide.

Meet your guide.
Hello, hi. My name is Cody McGraw.
I want you to know that I’m not asking you to throw anything away.
The relationships you’ve built. The people who keep showing up for you. The way you’ve been showing up for them. That’s real and it matters.
What I’m offering is an opportunity to set down the ways of gathering that no longer serve the depth of what you’re building and discover what emerges when you do.
I’ve spent a long time learning what it takes for a group of people to genuinely experience something together. Not just attend something. Not just connect on the surface. But actually arrive somewhere new as a group.
The people who come to Escocés don’t just have a new experience. They come back as better guides.
I hope you come and feel the difference for yourself.
~Cody
Next step.
Before anything else, I want to understand what you’re hoping your people will experience and where you are in your journey as a guide.
That conversation will shape what I recommend and give you a clear sense of what Escocés does and doesn’t do.
If it feels right for both of us, we’ll go from there.
