INCIGHT® is an Oregon-based 501c3 founded in 2004 with a vision of expecting great contributions from people experiencing disabilities.
Each year, INCIGHT's Executive Director Scott Hatley and Cody develop and submit over 20 grant proposals, securing between $300K and $500K annually.
Notable foundations include The Oregon Community Foundation, The Hillman Family Foundation, and The Swigert Foundation.
As both Grant Strategist and Fundraising Advisor, Cody advises Scott on foundation outreach, philanthropy meetings, stewardship, and major gifts.
